The Africa Development Organization (ADO) has received a grant from the Federal Government of Togo for the ongoing rehabilitation exercise within the Togo Region and other African Regions. Submission of Tender Documents:
All tender documents Should be submitted to the Office of the Procurement Director of ADO African Development Organization. Closing date , not specified.
Any invitation to tender not signed and sealed by ADO is considered invalid.

Tender Documents:
The following document are required to be submitted by supplier as their contract supply document.
- A quotation or proforma Invoice covering the products to be supply
- A letter of Intent stating suppliers ability to handle the contract
- A letter authorizing and appointing a local company as agent/representative for the tender process
- Completed copy of the registration form
- Proof of payment for the registration fee
- Certificate of standard for the product to be supplied(if any)
- Letter of Introduction of your company to the Honourable Chairman / ADO Contract Awarding Committee.
- Int'l Passport, National Identity Card or Drivers Licence.
- Certificate of registration or of Incorporation of your company name and address in your locality (Photocopy)
Tender /Supply Confirmation/Verification:

Language of the Contract:
All written communications for this tender procedure and contract must be in English Language or French Language.
Supply/Delivery Duration:
The tender supply duration is 1-12 months after the suppliers confirmation of full payment and also partial shipment/delivery is allow.
